Dear valued customers and friends,
During the Coronavirus outbreak, your safety and that of our employees and
partners is our primary concern. Key to this, is following government
recommendations closely, and with the recent change of government advice
around the pandemic, we wanted to let you know that we’ve set out some
guidelines for our staff to follow.
Along with taking official advice, we are also putting additional measures
in place to help fight the spread of the virus. Most notably, we will be
providing continuous re-enforcement of obvious and sensible precautions to
our engineers and office-based employees to ensure that, for example,
regular hand washing takes place. This will be further augmented with the
provision of hand-sanitizer. All of our engineers will also have access to
bottles of disinfectant spray for use on their tools and their vehicles.
We require our in-store staff, engineers and office-based employees who are
exhibiting symptoms associated with Coronavirus to follow government
guidelines, notify relevant individuals internally, and self-isolate until
further notice.
Whilst the Government’s risk level has been raised to ‘high’ we continue to
operate normally, but will monitor government guidelines closely, and be ready
to make any necessary changes to protect our customers and our employees.
In return, we politely request that our customers also follow government
guidelines and ensure they are not exhibiting symptoms associated with
Coronavirus before they book an engineer or Installation with us.
The situation is clearly changing by the day, we will do our best to keep
all customers aware of any changes to policy, timescales of existing
projects or work that is planned and will make regular update on our website
and through our social media platforms with any changes to our policy.
Currently all stores are open, however we have an out of hours contact
number 07960 868813 for any questions. We will do what we can from home to
help our customers if the stores have to be closed for any period of time.
