Our Stores re-open Monday 15th June…with a few necessary changes

We’re very pleased to be able to say our stores will reopen this coming Monday, 15th of June.

 Now obviously you’ll appreciate that things will need to be done slightly differently, but this is so we can keep everyone safe.

We will have revised opening hours from 9am to 5pm at the Chelmsford & Southend Stores and 9.30am-5.30pm at Rayleigh to allow time to wipe down & prepare the stores for the following day
. 
The Chelmsford store will now be closing on Mondays (commencing Monday 22 June)
The Southend Store will now close all day on Wednesdays (commencing June 17th)
The Rayleigh Store will continue to be closed on Wednesdays as before

This will be subject to review in the future as we see how things progress

We will be operating a locked door policy, allowing only one customer (+ Partner) in store at a time due to the limited space in our shops. This will enable us to protect staff and customers alike within our shop environment. 

You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry, and the two-metre distancing rules will need to be adhered to. 
We will continue to offer demonstrations on an appointment basis to ensure everything is set up and sanitised for you before your arrival.

We can achieve the social distancing rules within the demonstration room, however, if you prefer you can have sole use of the room, whilst listening to your chosen equipment. We would ask you telephone us to make an appointment if you require a demonstration

Should you require a home or site visit from one of our engineers, we will, of course, try to accommodate your needs whilst ensuring that our staff and yourselves are protected. We will email a list of Covid 19 compliant installation guidelines before we visit that we will ask you to adhere to.
